It's sis' pre wedding ceremony @ girl's side tomorrow. With all the kiddos and dad's young heart, it's balloon heaven in our house again~

Got to wake up early tomorrow, settle the catering, and help out in and out.

Oh I'm an extravagant!

I'm too good at spending money. Took a half day leave to mid valley for Jusco J card day. Bought some bras at great price, bought my green color eye shadow, bought some groceries and spent a lot in a day.

Sis wedding in BP will be on this weekend! Ain't excited neh...

My laptop revives

Before I send my lappy back to the shop, I tried to format it again and surprisingly, I managed to format it. I guess it might be due to darling deleted the C drive and virus are gone~ well, as long as I can use it now.

Laptop giveway already...

One fine day when I am back from Singapore, realizing my laptop was not able to load windows. Whenever it tried to load windows, BSOD came out. I reckon it's the hdd problem. But darling told me it might be virus.

Anyway, luckily my coursework all in my email. I had to sacrifice the photos though. Darling tried to reformat for me but then the effort was in vain. Go to office on sat to get my receipt, but I forgot to bring my drawer key.......ish

Gonna send the lappy to the computer shop today, hopefully...

Been lazing around for some time before update my blog again.
Not much actually, just wanna leave some thoughts here after some time.

But then I realize, I didn't have any thoughts to leave...

oh yea, last wed went to watch A Christmas Carol 3D version. The ticket was freaking expensive at 17.50myr but the effect did not disappoint us and the story is very meaningful. Although darling said it's not nice, but I think it's meaningful!

Oh the next day he gave us a treat again, somemore helping me to tapau and sent to our lunch desk. thanks again ya O!

Well, it shouldn't be a wonder, but to me, it's still a wonder that Facebook brings my cousins get connected to each other!

It's a site that I use it to get in touch with my friends but this time I'm truly happy that I get to get in touch with my long lost cousins in Aussie. I nearly forgot about contacting them, emails might be obsolete, and sometimes it's out of topic.

Bangkok shopping trip

Day #1: Even when we have yet to board the plane, I started my shopping trip. Bought the new olympus mju Tough 8000 for my darling as his bday present coz the shop @ boarding gate was selling the camera @ myr1050! Even this price I cant get a lower range of Tough series outside. The decision was made within 15mins and voila, darling got his new toy and the staff gave us another extra battery due to her blunder.:P

Touch down @ Suvarnabhumi airport around 4.45pm, took the public taxi heading to our hotel and stuck in the traffic jam for 1 hour plus. Check in to our rooms @ White Palace Hotel and left for Arnoma Hotel to meet up with Pat and her sis. Coll S bought lots of earring on the way:) We then head to Central World Plaza for our dinner @ Food Loft. The food there was decent and not too expensive also.

Bid goodbye to Pat and sis, we head to Naraya for our first official shopping. I bought 2 bags yeah!

nobody bothers...

I realize the shops in Pratunam area close quite early. 8pm plus, Platinum already closing. Anyway, in order not to waste our night, we went to Soi Cowboy to grab some shows. There's a lot of gogo bars there, but we were unsure which one have the shows that we wanna see. So we just went in 1 of the bars there and watch the ladies do pole dancing, some naked, some with clothes. Felt a bit cheated coz those pole dancers aren't dancers at all. I can dance better than them. Next time should check clearly before I go again.

Planned to go Erawan and Chactuchak market. In the end, we spent 1.5hrs just to walk out from the lane in Pratunam to get a taxi. Because there's too much things to see and shop. We didn't even went in to the lanes but just on the main street. And we ended up brought a lot of things to chactuchak...and had to scrap the plan to Erawan.
It was a hot day, but we still very excited about everything in chactuchak. We only remember to start taking photo after we bought a lot of things and are as dead meat. Even when coll S making noise saying wanna go to toilet, we can only make the trip to toilet after an hour coz there are too much things to shop. :D Had some light food and I am so happy that I get to eat the fried quail eggs again! That's the very special dish to me which reminds me my first trip to Bangkok :D and I didn't get to find that during my 2nd trip. Forgot to take a photo tim...

It was just around 4pm and our legs are already giving us away. Hailed a taxi and head back to our hotel for a rest. I am old already? Took a bath and went for foot massage and dinner before heading to skybar @ Lebua State Tower to enjoy great scenery and our night.
The skybar charges are actually quite cheap compare to the skybar in KL. 4 of us only spent around 130myr and they provide us with nuts to snack on. Enjoyed the scenery and the night very much! After we were back to our hotel, we went for massage again. Yes, in the very same day, coz we LOVE massage!

Day#3: I was not feeling well when I woke up. When I brush my teeth, I vomitted and all those I vomitted was solid food, not liquid. Evidence of me experiencing indigestion. And what more, I forgot to bring my regular medicine for my gastric. My throat was injured by those food and bleed a little. I threw up everything I eat or drink. Wasted around an hour there. We were supposed to visit Wat Arun and Grand Palace. So I had to scrap the plan to Wat Arun. Took a taxi to Grand Palace and threw up on the way. The taxi driver was kind enough to bought me some plastic bag, in order for me not to puke in his car. hahaha.
Threw up for a few times along the way to grand palace and @ grand palace as well. I even threw up inside the Wat Phra Khew. Luckily I've got plastic bag with me. I was damn sleepy after all these puking. So darling just accompany me to rest inside Wat Phra Khew and Coll S and Coll B went to look around the palace.

The weather also killing them. Thankfully, darling bought me Gatorade and that's the only thing that I don't throw up after I drink it, but I was still damn sleepy. We took a cab and drop Coll S and B @ MBK while me and darling head back to hotel to rest. After calculating the time, I decided that it was not enough time for us to do anymore shopping @ chinatown tomorrow so we need to go @ night time for day 3. We took a cab there, bought all the pork products and had the shark fins and bird nest @ the food stall there.

When we were back at the hotel, we did foot massage again. This time, we did it @ the massage parlour @ our hotel. And I did a pedicure there too. After massage, I was feeling great despite I actually was feeling a bit of gastric after having shrak fins and bird nest.

Day#4: Our flight @ earlier time was cancelled. We knew it days before we depart to bangkok. That means we will reach KL @ late night. But it was lucky that the flight was cancel, coz we had more time to shop. And today, we visited the Platinum mall and bought damn lot of things there.

I need to buy another luggage to put our things coz our bags have no more place to put. Had our meals in platinum's food court and darling was so sweet that bought me another bird nest for me coz I hurt my throat when I threw up the day before. Love my darling!!! After lunch, we did little shopping and headed back to our hotel for packing. Coll S and B spent some effort to stuff everything in their luggage; me and darling repackage everything to reduce the weight for our check in luggage. All of us were damn scared that our luggages will be overloaded. Took a 300baht (damn cheap) cab to the airport, no jam, around 30mins. Then we started to regret we went to airport too early...Should be able to spend more time for shopping instead!!! Anyway, since we were already there, we just shiok sendiri by camwhoring and finally, checked in.

We had our dinner @ Burger king @ the airport and everybody enjoyed the pork burger very much.

We got lots of time to walk from 1 end to another end and take pics here and there.
But damn tired...

Finally 820pm, we depart for KL and headed home~

Coll S was commenting that she finally knows why I've been visiting Bangkok for consecutively 3 times and both of them wanna join my annual trip to Bangkok next time :D
Next time, I should bring them to Wat Arun, Le Scala for roast piglet and sharkfin, and I wanna go for the Safari!

I'm back!

Well, I'm back from Bangkok, yes, again. It's the third time I went there and I will make it an annual trip if possible. I have yet to unpack my luggage, have yet to check out the photos and have yet to get enough rest.

I'm going for IT dinner tonight and I'm one of the finalist for the IT Idol tonight.
Wish me luck --> I don't want to win, just don't be stage fright and forgot the lyrics can alrd.

Friday last paper!

I have 3 more chapters to go and a full review of all the chapters for strategic management paper on friday. But my darling is back! with all the coach bags erm.. total 14 pcs of them!

The next day I took 6 to office to show colls, and all were snapped up by them. Thanks for their support~

Now, I still have 1 last piece of coach product to go, the you-cant-find-in-Malaysia photo frame+ keychain. It's selling only for RM100, great bargain. It's the cheapest price I am offering.

Today is another great day! I have taken the econs exam and now just 2 more paper left; MIS and strategic management.

Both not yet finish revising but that's alright! I'm gonna wrap up strategic by this fri and weekend is for MIS.

I should target an A for MIS for I knew my carry marks should be quite high and if I do well in the exam, I can score.

Exciting day!

I saw my hubby today!

When I was waiting downstairs in the lift lobby for coll T, my hubby walked in!
I was stunned and looked at him, thinking should I take a photo with him...In the end, I didn't, thinking it will be kinda silly :P

But I'm truly happy that I saw him in real person!
I believe there will be chance to see him again and for sure, I will approach him for the next time!

The degree of expectation

Everyone has a degree of expectation when comes to everything.
When things don't meet your expectation, you will be disappointed.
People behave differently to expectations.

It's seems that I'm so silly to put some expectations.
I better focus more on my own backyard.

Moral of the story: Don't put expectations and you will live happier!

Oh no! $ flows out again!

This evening, when I was still working, I was like, hmmm today I have no class, and crave for nihon kai soooo much!

Well, I manage to hold back and instead, I brain wash my sis to go to mid valley with me.
Actually, my objective are
1. check out the pouch in Isetan and get a nice one for darling
2. check on digital camera
3. buy discounted jusco japanese food
4. look for tea maker mug

And sis reached my house @ 730pm, we headed to mid valley and first stop is Jusco as sis wanted to look at the mug first. Well, the one sold in Jusco is way too expensive and I decided to buy it at Mr DIY. Then we headed to bedding section as again, sis wanna buy the bed sheet for her new bed, prepare for wedding.

I went on to check out the BB cream when I saw earlier on. Oh no, this is not as per schedule!
Coll J wanted to buy, coll S wanna observe first and me, in the end, bought it. 99bucks gone~

When I have done with my BB cream, I went back to find sis to help her with her purchase. However, I have no more time to visit Isetan... we then headed to complete my 1 of many objective - buy discounted food.

Conclusion, an 2 hour trip has make me spent 100+ bucks! gosh~

How I felt about it

When he told me he might extend his stay, my heart sank. I was like counting down for the day and the day gets longer and longer. Although it is just a might, but that sunk my heart.

I have no say and have no right to interfere. I hope the best too. I know it's for our future.

But I can't help to stop my tears rolling down.
But sometimes I just get frustrated and I cant do anything and felt so helpless.

Sigh.

I miss my darling so much!

It has been 2 weeks since my darling went to US for business trip. Almost everyday and night, we chat and audio call thru gtalk. Thanks to gtalk! It feels he is just by my side although sometimes I do feel lonely. However, at the same time, I have my studies and great friends, so it ain't a big problem for me staying alone. Er...just that the house is a bit, a little bit dirty la~ But I just vacum last night, so should be oklo...

Went to Isetan member sales on friday with coll Pat, Shelley and SY after Maybank Open House for staff, which is the first time ever. I wanted to get a dinner bag/clutch but in vain. Instead, I bought a pair of sandals which I have aimed it long long ago. However, the red color is the last pair and not my size. So, I chose brown one but both pair I tried feels uncomfortable compared to the black one. In the end, I chose the black one. Forgot to take a photo of the shoe...since my darling took my omnia to US, I've been lazy to take photo using his HTC. 2mp only ma...not that clear and nice lo...The pair of Everbest sandal costs me 96bucks. Shelley bought another pair of similar sandal as well. Oh yea, actually the phone is a gift by him, which he give me the money of the hp after my bday because he forgot to give on my bday.

Then we went to the ladies dept to look for dinner dress for SY. And, I spotted a nice dress by Le Range but that is just 20% off. Okla, just try out ma... which turn out to be damn pretty! 3 of us were ecstatic because the dress looks nice on 3 of us. SY bought it, but me and shelley hold back as much as we can...Well, the effect was there...I'm still thinking of the dress now.

Anyway, I had a great time shopping with them!

Oops, actually I wanted to write about my darling in this post but you see, in the end I was bla-ing away with my shopping session. Sigh...

心灵相通

oh, another trial of chinese post.
在我跟康海认识之前，从来没想过心灵相通会发生在我身上。
我们认识之后呢，时常在IM的时候常常发生心灵相通事件。哎。。怎么说的像灵异事件一样。。。
不好意思啦，本人的华文造诣没有很好。可以打这么多已经是很好了！
ok back to the topic.
每一次我想说的话或康海想说的话，我们都在对方说出之前说了。不止几次，是很多很多次。
想的idea啊都会一样。每次我给他猜我的想法的时候，都会猜中。然后他就自满地说，我的猪尾巴摆一摆，他就知道我在想什么了。什么嘛。。。
还有，最近的就是在康海去美国的时候。他在打着sms给我的时候，我就打了个电话给他。

好像写的没有什么structure ler...嗨，算了吧，写到这里就好。只想把刚才我在冲凉的时候想到的东西记载下来。

Family Trip to genting

After sis ROM, we headed to Ikea - my dad's objective to KL. Yes, not really for my sis wedding but for Ikea ( that's what we thought). Dad was so boring for the first night and second day morning but once we step into Ikea, he was like so freshen up!

After spending like 2 hours there, we headed to Genting. We didn't really spend much time outdoor, not even 30mins...everything was indoor. I think we should have spend some time outdoor to really get the feel of Genting. haha.



After we checked in, we started to scout for a dinner place. Sis recommended the restaurant inside the casino but apparently, they didn't offer buffet anymore. And finally, we decided to dine at coffee terrace coz they have buffet there!

It's mum and dad's first visit to this kind of hotel-like buffet restaurant!

After dinner, we spent our time in the casino, donating to Uncle Lim enterprise. Actually my bro won some money but I lose around 60 bucks on table game. I think dad and mum also lose aroung 30bucks. Then only I realize, when we were young, when they visited casino, this is their way of playing - put 10bucks in the jackpot machine, then just spend their time there. I actually thought that they will have budget like 200bucks, but I am totally wrong. I thought my parents will like to play a few games but apparently, they don't really play. I guess it's because the money flows out fast. And after I finish losing the chips I exchanged, we went back to our rooms to rest. On our way, we went for a walk at first world theme park and outside to have some fresh air~


I'm not so sure whether my parents enjoy the trip or not because it seems like so rush and they don't seem thrilled...we are the one who shiok sendiri and think that parents will enjoy in the casino, well apparently not. I'm the gambler in the family, coz I'm tempted to play in the casino...
Anyway, it's a great chance for my parents to see how genting has evolved and they can tell their friends about the trip and it's a great time to have family trip together although for a short period.

Now I'm looking forward for our family trip to Redang next year...

My parents and bro came over to KL on the 8th and went to test the dishes for the wedding dinner with the in laws family. Too bad I couldn't make it due to class :( Anyway, mum tapau for me some of it and it tasted nice although it's already cold.

Breakfast treat from the soon to be in-laws

We met at the dim sum shop near my house for breakfast before we head to Putrajaya for ROM. Seems like a lot, but we are able to snapped up everything thanks to my lil brother.

After breakfast, we depart for Putrajaya and my smart sis and her soon to be hubby lost their way. Anyway, after turning a few rounds we managed to get to the JPN building and off we go to the registration office.

I'm quite surprised that the decorations there is quite nice for this day and there are not as many couples as those temples have there. So no need to have mass wedding and squeeze with others.

Cakes

I have mentioned earlier that I have nurtured a new interest which is baking.
I've been successfully baked banana cake, sponge cake, carrot cake and recently chocolate cheese cake.

Well, the cake's outlook is a bit off for the first time I baked it due to my laziness to spread the cheese properly.


Despite the outlook, the taste is heavenly. I'm not the only one who said it. Colls thought so.
