Padan muka la

Some datin paduka has shoot some words about going to quit the party if Dr SL Chua become the president of MCA. And now when Dr SL Chua became the president of MCA, this padan muka datin paduka threw the ball to the wanita group saying the decision to leave is up to the wanita in the party. And the correspondent from the wanita said, when she shoot those words, she never discussed with the wanitas. Now she wanna push the responsibilities to them?? Please be responsible to your own decision and your own promise. If you don't keep your own promise, what makes you different from the one you condemn earlier on?

Padan muka la... so funny... I am now waiting to see the resignation of this datin paduka which most probably won't happen! haha!

Feeling guilty @.@

I was unsure when I started to have the feel like that, but definitely I do feel it. Why guilty?

Because I didn't spend my time with my books and assignment. Instead, I went out with Darling and his colls to social. Am I becoming a nerd already??? Last time I never had the feel until recently when I started MBA. I never felt that during my STPM, USM time. I even think that Tyng Tyng was very funny for feeling guilty coz she watch TV and didn't study. And now I know how it feels. Anyway, I've done that and I have to chase back the time to read and work on assignment.

Just finished my Corp Fin paper finals last saturday, imagine, the finals was brought forward 1 month! But the prof was good enough to shorten the syllabus to only 7chapters. Giving it a thought, I think he wasted my money. He skipped some chapters that if he didn't teach, I won't read it at all, and I won't have the knowledge at all. Overall, I hope I can score on this paper.

Attended darling's sis wedding on sat right after the exam, and my conclusion was, Palace of golden horses is not suitable for wedding buffet coz the food are scattered around, as well as the seatings. There are pillars blocking between the tables thus creating the non-togetherness feel. The food was ok-ok, but for the price per pax, I've tried better food in hotels before. And another thing, I didn't manage to had a pic with the pretty bride on that day! what a shame...

After that, visited darling's 2nd sis and her newborn. I had a feeling they are kinda polite to each other. Erm, yes family members should be polite but my family is kinda noisy and not so polite, ehh should say not so distance to each other. Then went back to Garden residence to rest and had their evening tea time. The food was good and the residence is actually very generous, well, maybe it's because the guests already paid for it in their lodging fee. But, the food was really good, as in each of the dishes is delicious, not just 1 or 2. Then went for Alice in the Wonderland @ signatures with darling's niece and nephew.

Next day, it's time for them to go back and we just send them to Subang airport. It's a small airport and I wonder how can it be the International airport for so long before KLIA was built?? No wonder foreigners are thinking Malaysian is still living on trees. hahaha.

I had a nice weekend with darling's family, happy indeed. Although it's not my own family but I don't know why I feel happy. haha...is it weird?

A trip back to hometown is great indeed

I'm at BP now, blogging away. Putting my text book and slides aside, browsing internet. If I were still in KL now, I've been wake up early and start my revision after my breakkie. However it's noon now and I'm still putting my books away! That's a bit outrageous though. I shall catch my schedule back when I go back KL later, I must.

Dad bought 2 sofa beds. Yes, bought 2 instead of 1. Although we have no idea where to place the other one. Think that he's gonna treat one of it as a bed and put inside the room. Then I wonder, why don't just buy a bed. Anyway, the sofa bed is 8ft x 4 ft; so it's kinda long and a bit out of place when mum put it in the living hall. Coz the other cupboard was adjacent to it and cause the sofa bed to be out of the designated area. And another one? still being wrapped nicely as per what is sent over from the furniture shop. "'-_-

I am always happy to see the little orchard outside my house. That's my parents effort of growing plants of vege and fruits. And of course, happily eating the fruits of their effort :) I wonder have they tried before the longan before giving me to taste. That's parents' love to their children.

Buah Kedondong. In case you don't know what's that, go order a cuppa "ambra plum" or "sa lei plum" at the fruit juice stall in hawker centre, you would know it. And I assure you will love it!

Big big longans! Bigger than the normal ones we bought outside.

I had the feel that it has been a long time since I came back during CNY. My parents won a bicycle in the lucky draw from Hock Chew Assoc. annual dinner. That's very lucky of them. In fact, last year/the year before (forgot already) when I joined the dinner, I won a hamper too XD

And I'm always happy to eat good food at Seaview. I am not feeling too happy before dinner but I was above the clouds after having my dinner :D The restaurant had new dishes over some period and the recent ones were so so compared to the last round. Nevertheless, the food still taste fabulous! Too bad I did not take photos of them -_-

Guess I shall get back to my books soon. Darling is coming back on Monday :D I am so truly deeply madly happy! Took a half day leave to fetch him from airport coz I wanna be the first one he sees! Well, I know there's a lot of people in the airport. I just wanna give him a bear hug when he reach Malaysia.

Now where is my sis that who went out to get my breakkie??!!

I am fantasize over...

Recently went to test drive Alza and Getz. Here's my insight of both cars.

Alza:

The interior is nice, no plastic feel, the driver seats is very comfy. When you start to drive, the feel was alright, but the moment when you accelerate, you feel the car is underpowered. Coz when I accelerate the pedal, I heard the sound, but I don't see the car moving fast as per my acceleration. That's a no no for me. Well, it's my first time to drive such a big car, thus I dare not drive too fast at the corner, so can't felt the stability. I think it should be quite stable though.

Getz:

The interior in fact, is not comparable to Alza. Maybe because the test unit was a bit old already~ Nevertheless, the car feels better than Alza. The grip of steering is perfect, the acceleration is powerful, I don't feel the dragging kinda feel as per Alza. And I am so tempted to buy this car T_T

No, I must hold it! I need to transfer the proton saga name under my name first, so I can save more on the car's insurance for another 5 years! *so tempted*

For my darling~

Recently I kept having little argument with darling. Erm, maybe not to say argument. It's just "bo shiok-ness". However, I can feel that darling is trying his very best to please me and make me happy. And today, he complained to me. Then I start to realize, I have evolved from appreciate what he do, to take things for granted. That's not very good thing to be.

I appreciate for his love, but there's a lot of things that I have overlooked and take it for granted. I think I've been giving him stress, I felt so. Looking back, darling treats me really very well and loves me lots. So, I'm just like a spoilt child.

While I clear up my hotmail today, I saw the emails that he sent me before and after we hook up. I guess it has been hard for him when everybody thinks that he is wrong. I should love him more. And after we being together, the sweet things that he did touched my heart.

This is a confession moment, I've been spoilt and I know it's my bad to start take things for granted. Sorry my darling~ I love you!

The Making of Yan

Not many, erm in fact, none of my friends know what is Yan. Even my best buddies, every year came to my house to have steamboat during CNY and eating it, don't know what is that.

So I am here to reveal what is it.

Yan is a Foo Chow delight, and the skin of Yan, is the famous product of Foo Chow in China. It's not easy to get it because only a few places selling it. It's made by pork and it's thin like a piece of paper.

The packaging

We need the ingredients, such as mince meat!

This is how the skin looks like, kinda look like white paper. But it's extremely vulnerable.

We need to cut it into 2, so can wrap Yan nicely

Spray with a bit of water, but then I found a better way - quick soak in the water!

Here we go to wrap the delicious Yan:

Put them to steam. We did a few rounds actually

After steaming them, it's actually cooked and can be eaten. We are putting them into the fridge so that can have it whenever we want~

Eating Yan and wantan at the same time, wantan is just uncomparable and you can really taste the difference! Even though the meat inside is from the same mix, the feel when you chew, the fragrance and the taste is totally different.

I am BROKE

My pocket was burnt a BIG hole, after I sent my car to the mechanic.

Why??? I spent so long time to save the money and just 1 shot, the money was gone.

It's so unfair right?
