Don't be surprise when you deal with the staff from International Student Centre, UM. The staff I deal with, can't speak English where ironically working in International Student Centre.
Another one, working in Gradute School of Business, do not know how to speak English too. Where GSB is filled with international student as well. I memang salute them...
