I started my threadmill jog in gym since monday. 6km each time, consist of inclined walking, jogging, and sprinting. It was quite hard to push myself I realized, I don't have the determination to sustain. Jeez... But I'm glad that I made it everytime. But my foot started to feel like sprained.. what the heck...
Nevertheless, I will make it a habit to go to gym everyday regardless if I am doing my run or not. I could take weight today :)
