Budapest Trip Part II

And so, I was about to blog on my Italy trip, I recalled I have yet to finish the Budapest one. -_-

Another little fact, Budapest is actually the combination of 2 cities called Buda and Pest. So, one side on the river is Buda the old town and another side is Pest the new town. We spent most of our time at Pest. The palace on the hill is at the Buda side.

As planned, we were heading to Heroes Square and time for relax - Famous Thermal Bath @ Budapest on the second day :)

Christmas Market outside my hostel
The west station, where we took the train to airport

Heroes Square, Me and Jia Ning

The buildings in Budapest are very unique and beautiful. It's a bit different from those in Italy, France but I couldn't describe it. Maybe they do not look as trendy but look very authentically Europe.

Don't know what palace... but it's a palace. Summer palace kot?
My boots were wet and I'm having cold feet! LOL
Some scary statue in the palace. Looks like Voldemort to me
On the way to the Thermal Bath place - which I have forgotten the name. I like the feel of this photo :)
Beware, the road was super slippery
 Voila, here it is!

I've actually forgotten how much is the entrance per day. Not too expensive is all I can remember. There was a nearby metro station and easily found. The inside of it is extremely big. Although Wiesbaden in Germany also famous of thermal bath but it was a shame that I didn't manage to visit Wiesbaden well enough. Most of the time I was shopping around only. :P

Back to this thermal bath.

These are the cabin to put your things, but you will need to book it. If you didn't book, then you have to head to public lockers

the temperature outside is around 3centigrade i think
