It is just so near yet so far. I guess I just got to have faith in God. God will provide and guide.
As the secret says, when there is something I want but I could not get it, the universe has something better worthy for me.
Have faith and I shall receive what I ask for from God.

Good quote for current state of mine
Life is short, break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile.

New hairdo from Jakarta
Currently still in Jakarta for 3days business trip. Got myself a new hairdo from Johnny Andrean, which my client highly recommended me for their creambath (that is actually hair spa, with massage). So I got myself a hair cut, since they have no time for perming or coloring. When the stylist was blowing my hair I thought the hair is as big as Rosmah's hairdo LOL. I tried to contain my laugh and stylist saw me smiling he thought that I was so happy to see new hair style. It didn't turn out that bad anyways. Quite a nice one, provided I can blow the same style like the hair stylist did.
And, I also got myself a pair of heels from Pedro outlet for 559k, so it should be around RM150. Now I regretted a bit for getting the wedge from Shelley...nevertheless, let's share my joy!

Stepping into the big 3
Happy birthday to myself.
I'm glad that I have all the blessings from friends from all over the world. Old friends, new friends and most of all, my BFFs :D
I want to note it down in case I forgot in the future.
So apparently the girls Jen,Jes,Shum,Zynn has planned to give me a surprise birthday celebration this round.
So Jen and Jes notified me that they wanna give me a bday treat on 28/9 and will pick me up to head to Publika for dinner. Okay, so after work I head home for a shower and Jen comes to pick me up with Edwin and Wei Kiang.
Apparently when we reached there, I saw Shum and Jensen! And when I was approaching the chairs, I saw Zynn and David! Wow, they planned and travelled north to KL to celebrate my birthday for me. And after dinner and chit chatting, Jen said she ordered some dessert. I wasn't thinking that much too.
Then there was this nice birthday song (different from the contemporary ones) playing; I didn't even notice it's a birthday song! And there are cake and flowers coming out :D
Totally surprised!
I'm glad that I have these besties in my life and really love me for who I am.
On the other note, I am also glad with myself for the achievements for this year, before officially turning into 30.
I visited Laos with Chee Lin
I got myself a new job
I made my way to Mt KK and conquered her
I visited Shanghai for business trip
I did my first triathlon - that was a relay but I am really interested in doing a sprint next time!
I did Malaysia's first Viper Challenge
I managed to plan for a dive trip to Sipadan with 14 of us, huge group isn't it :P
I got my keys for new place
I did my first 10km run in Standard Chartered marathon
I have officially graduated from UM as a MBA with scroll on hand!
More good things to come!
Thank God for all the blessings :D

Viper Challenge 2013
Alrighty, I know it has been a while since I update my blog - again. So what I am up to?
I just finished the Viper challenge yesterday so I guess I shall blog about it. On the note, I am suffering from whole body muscle pain and sun burnt. The muscle pain seems like worse than the one I got from Mt. KK, considering that's only lower body and this is full body. Pain intensity - should be same level though...and my last sun burnt was 2010 in Germany! hmm
I joined the event when Wei wei and Lulu called me if I wanna join them as a team. It's a 20km run with obstacle and 4 in a team. So I thought, oh well 4 in a team so it's not exactly 20km then. I quickly check online on the info and I saw some obstacle that daunts me - monkey bar... I have never did that before and I don't know how to play with that. Nevertheless, thinking that I should challenge and push both my fitness and determination I give it a go. The event was just 2 weeks away.
So yesterday I woke up at 4, actually I can't wake up, Lulu was here to fetch me and she called, luckily I have already packed up. So after fetch me and wei wei, we headed to Sepang International Circuit. Then only I realized that, it was a 20km run, each person has to do the 20km, and with obstacle. Okay, okay, since I am already there, I can only succumb to the fate. I thought it was a relay... Nevertheless, we were registered for the 720am batch since the registration wasn't done completely. Luckily Suanie was there to help out on the registration and she settle it for us. It started to rain when we reach there at 530+, heavier and heavier.
So, we rested around the registration area waiting for our time to start off, and I literally just lay on the floor to get some sleep. Fast forward to 720am. We walked to the starting point, where the F1 cars will start their race, and voila, run. The first obstacle was on the grass, with mud, where there's net, and we have to crawl underneath the net. But it was ok, not really crawling as the net is quite loose and we just bend our body to go through. Then continue to run again.. what was the second obstacle huh.. climb over the wall made by planks? Can't remember clearly already, because there were a few wooden walls to get over with. That was where team work supposed to happen. I stepped on Lulu's thigh and climb over. I realized my landing wasn't good because I felt the impact on my foot. That actually happened a few times when I did my landing, thus I was afraid of doing that. There's another obstacle where by we need to jump in a icy cold box of water and get through, go down to the muddy tunnel, balancing bar which if you fall you will fall into water, uphill, downhill, climb the hills with grabbing the rope (luckily I have this experience when I went to Mt KK), slide from a big natural slide by terrain (and got injured on both my elbows), run on tyres, crawl underneath barb wires, climb over a hill of tyres, climb over a pile of dry grass, and a number of wooden walls. Oh yes, the monkey bars too. I tried to grab the second bar and I don't know how to continue, thus, I skipped it.
There were many times that I tried to resume running and after 20 secs or so, my calf started to cramp slightly. And I know I need to slow down and walk. Both calves. It has been a long time since I work out until the cramp feeling comes. Not even Mt KK. So I guess since I was in the university for swimming huh..
Finally, when I reach the last 2 obstacle, my teammates were already sitting on the top of the pile of dried grass and waiting for me. However, my legs cannot run anymore. So I walked towards them and started to climb up and down, and the last obstacle was wooden wall again, stepped on one of my teammate's thigh (which I forgot who) and climb over. Lastly, four of us hold our hands to run towards the finishing line. There were fireman with water pipes to splash water at us - which I think it's actually a good move as it cleaned us up thoroughly from the mud. With the medal, t shirt, cert, free milo and ice creams.
That is all from my 20km with obstacle. Not as gruesome when I think back now. I am stronger me :)
I want to thank my teammates, Lulu, Keen Mun and Wei Wei, for waiting for me (as I am the weakest link) and motivate me!
On the other note, I was out with Chee Ho and Mee Teng on Saturday night, I told them I am going to this viper challenge, and Chee Ho asked me, what kind of people you actually mix with? And I told them, athletes :D I'm going to be one also!

Hallo August!
In just a blink, it's already august soon, in other 2 days. So many things happened and I have been working with the new company for 3 months! oh my.. how time flies. My 30th birthday is just another 2 months away.
I went to Shanghai for business trip, just less than 48 hours and I'm back again to KL.
I did my first triathlon in my life, although it was only a relay. Hey, I swam 1.6km in 40mins! Luckily the Standard Chartered run was postponed to Sept due to haze. I have no time to train at all. I don't think I have wear my puma running shoe for 10times yet.
Last week went to Tioman for prep dive for Sipadan. My Mas flight was rescheduled.. urgghhh. I shall ask for an earlier flight then.

It has been almost 3 months I swayed from my gym routine, I supposed most of the time I spent my time at work and sleeping; very minimum on dating. I guess that's why the relationship doesn't really sustain long because we have no coordination on life at all. I am doing my own stuff and Larry just do his own stuff. And voila, the end~ I felt lighter with myself now and happier :D
I realized I am much stronger person now. I know what I am looking for and I can handle my own emotion much better than I was. Looking back, the dreadful 10months after I broke off with Ocean has made me a much more stronger and independent person. I must give my credit to him, despite such petti-ness.
I miss the healthier me, visits the gym at least 3 times a week and can do so many exercise. I shall resume my fitness. Gambate!
